I would like to leave this position open for awhile and get a good look at many applicants. As of right now, I would like to see you more involved in a positive manner with this wiki. I feel a lot of your comments haven't been in the best interest of I believe in Elftown, but I would like to believe that you are sincere in your desire for that position, so I'm not ruling you out. Once again, you're being considered, but I'd like to see some more applicants as well.

As for Counselors position, do you feel you can take the position seriously and be open-minded and helpful to people who may constantly ask for your advice and/or complain to you?

2008-08-10 [Nocturnaliss]: I do check in daily before going to work, and I do want to get yet more active here. Elftown's the only place on the Internet that feels like home to me.
As for easily reachable, the only problem I can think of is that because I'm Europe-based, it might be harder for US-based people to get a direct hold of me. But I get back to my messages quick.
2008-08-10 [Paul Doyle]: I've been recruiting all along, through diary entries and moods. Anyway, I have no actual need for a title. Since I can be blunt and opinionated, I'm probably not a wise choice for Counselor. *chuckle*
2008-08-10 [Ramirez]: [Nocturnaliss], I think that so long as you're willing and able to keep up with messages at least weekly, (daily is great too), then I think you should do very well as a Counselor. ^^
[Paul Doyle] lol, well, not everyone has the time or patience to be a Counselor. And if you'd like to become an official recruiter by messaging interesting members you come across, then that's great too, whether you'd like the title of Recruiter or not is up to you.

As for counselor, I'm not as active as I used to be, but that is changing. I have a lot of experiance creating wikis, and I often find myself giving out advice without the expectation of anything in return. And I'm talking about real life, and not just online. (:

Therefore, I propose that instead of banners for our positions, we use badges so that we may also put up the Banners for I Believe in Elftown. What do you guys think?

I get really wrapped up in projects and so I don't get to them as often or as readily as I'd like. ...And then I'm trying to refresh and uplift Elf12, so I sometimes get lost over there. :P

Since you're really active on ET you say, I don't see a problem assigning you one or both positions. As a Counselor, you don't have to worry much about talking to people unless you feel you should, for the most part, I think, people will come to you. As a recruiter I just ask that if you see anyone you really think would enjoy I believe in Elftown just drop them a note. Does that sound good?
